Have Questions?

What is your Production Time?

Shipping times vary depending on the items ordered.

Everyday Jewelry & In-Stock Items: Most ready-to-ship jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, and other in-stock pieces, ships within 3–7 business days.

Handmade Royal Collection: Made-to-order copper designs may take up to 4 weeks, while plated designs may take up to 12 weeks.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Production times vary depending on the design and level of customization. Some custom pieces may take approximately 3 months.

Please note that production times may vary during busy seasons and holidays. All estimated timelines are in business days or calendar weeks as stated and do not include shipping transit time.

Permanent jewelry and piercing services are offered in person and are not shipped.

How Long is Shipping?

All domestic orders ship via USPS, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please remember that shipping times are separate from processing and production times, especially for custom, personalized, and handmade jewelry.

Bezyl is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS. If you have questions about your order, we're always happy to help!

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to select destinations, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Free shipping on orders over $50 applies to domestic U.S. orders only.

How will I receive my Package?

Every order is packaged with love and care! Our everyday jewelry is carefully wrapped and shipped in a protective bubble mailer. Orders with multiple items are packaged together in a mailer box.

Pieces from our handmade Royal Collection arrive in a custom round velvet jewelry box, carefully packaged for safe delivery. Everything is beautifully presented and ready for gifting!

What does 'Made to Order' Mean?

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you rather than pulled from our existing inventory.

This primarily applies to our handmade Royal Collection, including designs in Copper, Rose Gold, 14K Gold, and Rhodium finishes. Available, in-stock options are ready to ship, while sold-out finishes may be offered as made to order. Production can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the design and finish.

Custom engraving and personalized jewelry may also require additional processing time depending on the level of customization.

Please note that all made-to-order, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale.

What about the Gemstones?

Our handmade Royal Collection features raw, natural gemstones and crystals, each with its own unique characteristics. Some stones are more delicate than others and may chip, crack, or break if dropped or handled improperly. Due to the way each piece is handcrafted, individual stones cannot be replaced, and the entire design would need to be recreated. We do not guarantee against damage to natural gemstones.

Refunds & Exchanges

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We want you to love your Bezyl jewelry! Eligible, non-personalized items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online). We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind purchases.

All custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, Royal Collection, handmade, piercing jewelry, earrings, permanent jewelry, and sale or clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Eligible returns must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations: Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Damages & Defects: We do not offer complimentary repairs or a general jewelry warranty. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, discoloration, lost stones, and improper care are not covered. If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase. Concerns will be reviewed individually, and any remedies required by law will be honored.

If something isn't right, please reach out. We're always happy to review your concerns and help where we can.

What if I order the wrong size?

Gemstone Rings cannot be resized due to the way they are formed. Due to the varying ring measuring tools, and the handmade process, it can be expected to have rings vary by a quarter of a size.

If you purchased a standard design, or a design left in copper, I am happy to either exchange for the proper size, or remedy your current copper design to fit as needed.

I have a ring sizer you can purchase and keep it with you for any future sizing needs. Or use this printout that seems to be the most accurate for at-home sizing.

Eligible exchanges must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer warranty?

We do not offer a general warranty on our jewelry. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, discoloration, plating wear, lost stones, and improper care are not covered.

Our everyday jewelry includes a variety of materials and finishes, each requiring proper care to maintain its appearance and longevity. Exposure to moisture, chemicals, fragrances, and everyday wear can affect the finish and durability of your pieces.

Our handmade Royal Collection features raw, natural gemstones and crystals, each with its own unique characteristics. Some stones are more delicate than others and may chip, crack, or break if dropped or handled improperly. Due to the handcrafted nature of these designs, individual stones cannot be replaced.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase. We'll review your concern individually and work toward an appropriate resolution, including any remedies required by law.

What about jewelry care, damage & defects

All jewelry should be handled and cared for with consideration for its materials and design. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, discoloration, and lost or damaged components are not covered by our standard return and exchange policy.

We do not offer complimentary repairs or a general jewelry warranty. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase and photos. Each concern will be reviewed individually, and any remedies required by applicable law will be honored.

Jewelry Details

How is the Royal Collection items made?

The process used is called electroforming. It's defined as the process of growing copper onto a conductive surface through electrolysis. The rings and charms are formed in pure copper, and necklace charms use a brass core with copper electroformed over the top.

Then the pieces are plated in the thickest possible plating of 14k gold, rose gold, or rhodium. Sterling Silver is used as a barrier between the copper and finish you select. These are now nickel free!

Will my skin turn green?

Our jewelry comes in a wide variety of metals and finishes, each with its own characteristics and care requirements.

Pieces from our handmade Royal Collection feature an electroformed copper base. Copper naturally oxidizes when exposed to moisture, air, sweat, and your skin's chemistry, which may cause temporary green discoloration on the skin. This is harmless and varies from person to person.

To help minimize oxidation, consider choosing a plated finish such as rose gold, 14K gold, or rhodium instead of exposed copper. A protective coating, such as ProtectaClear, may also help preserve copper pieces.

What does it mean to be Gold Filled?

Gold fill is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold!

Will the Plating wear off?

All plated jewelry can experience wear over time, regardless of plating thickness. How long the finish lasts depends on the metal, plating method, frequency of wear, and how the piece is cared for.

Our handmade Royal Collection features a substantial 3-micron plating, while our everyday jewelry includes a variety of finishes, such as gold plating, gold-filled, PVD gold, and other durable metals.

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and avoiding direct contact with lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.

Plating wear is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under a warranty. For more tips, visit our Jewelry Care Guide.
