You can return the item for a full refund of the item price if the item is in the same condition it was when I sent it out (minus shipping costs on items that had free shipping.) Unless I have made a mistake with your order, shipping prices are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs to ship items back to me and the costs for me to ship items back to them in the event of an exchange. If your order included free shipping, I will retain the shipping costs that were accrued in sending you your item.
In order to return, buyer must contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship back their item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and the return must include original packaging (box, jewel bag, display card, etc.)

It is very important that you have your ring size correctly sized, or purchase a ring sizer from me, as resizing cannot be done at this time. Your ring could end up to .25 in size difference just with the natural process. It is also very important that you regularly check your messages as that is how I contact you for your custom design. If you don't want to connect via Etsy, leave your email address. ****AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU IN ALL FORMS I HAVE AVAILABLE, AND 15 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE, I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND NOT ISSUE A REFUND***
Although my items are very well made of the highest quality materials, sometimes accidents happen. If your item is damaged by fault of my craftsmanship, I will remake the item and cover shipping costs (USPS First Class only) or I can do a full refund (once the item is returned to me) and will cover shipping costs under these rare circumstances. Items must be returned to me in original packaging in order to process a refund.
