• Please list in the notes the name of your original order for me to search. And a date if possible.
• Please package your jewelry WELL. Wrap with paper towel and or bubble wrap and place inside a sturdy, small box. I am not responsible for any damage caused on its way to me. 
• Process will take several weeks and you will be notified once it is on its way back to you. Expect 3-6 weeks.
